Once chosen, FREE air ticket
will be in the form of a voucher and excludes government taxes and fees. If
vacation is cancelled, the free air ticket voucher will become void. Ticket is
non-transferable and has no cash value. The traveler is responsible for any air
taxes or fees for the air ticket voucher. Special class of service, payment and
penalty policies apply. Free air ticket redemption is based on availability and
must be used in conjunction with a domestic air/hotel vacation package for a
minimum of two passengers. If the vacation is cancelled after MasterCard Gift
Card and Samsonite luggage voucher is redeemed, each must be returned unused (at
Customer's expense) or the customer will be charged $249 for the Samsonite
luggage and $100 for the MasterCard Gift Card.

Depending on travel needs, alternative routings may be available at the same
fares with one or more flight segments on regional aircraft operated by the US
Airways Express carriers Air Midwest, Allegheny, Chautauqua, Colgan Air, Mesa,
Piedmont, PSA, Shuttle America and Trans State Airlines. Three night sample
rates listed above are per person, based on double occupancy from Philadelphia,
PA (Dominican Republic is from Boston, MA). Aruba, Cancun, Grand Cayman, Jamaica
and U.S. Virgin Islands rates are valid Mon.-Tue. departures 1/20 - 4/1/03.
Bermuda and Grand Bahama Island rates are valid for Monday departures
1/20-3/3/03. Dominican Republic rate is valid for Friday departures
1/24-3/28/03. St. Maarten rate is valid Mon. - Thurs. 1/13-5/27/03. " Blackout
dates apply: April 17 - 27, 2003. Additional vacation rates are available. Hotel
rooms are limited and may not be available at these rates throughout the entire
